Installation Services
Our professional car electronics installation services are performed with precision and care. If you are not satisfied with the installation work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will assess the situation and work to resolve any issues at no additional charge.
Product Returns
Products purchased through Selleroriginal may be returned within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Products must be in original, unused condition
- Original packaging and all accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
- Products must not have been installed or modified
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-ordered or special-order products
- Installed electronics and components
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products without original packaging or documentation
- Clearance or final sale items
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product or if a product fails during the warranty period, we will replace it at no charge. Manufacturer warranties apply to all electronics and components we install.
Return Process

Refund Method

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for different products or models within 30 days of purchase. The product must meet all return conditions. If there is a price difference, you will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns of opened or non-defective products. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
